Production Details
1. Design drawings are created using Auto CAD based on the customer's hand-drawn sketches, ideas, dimensions, etc.
2. Zinc pipes are cut according to the Auto CAD drawings, and lock and hinge holes are opened using molds.
3. The pipes are welded to the window and door frames, and then friction-welded along the welding lines downward.
4. Surface powder coating in black, white or other colors.
5. Installation of glass.
6. Packaging: In bubble bags, with wooden boxes and steel frames on the outside.
