1) Quality difference?
***Quality should be one part of the factor.
***Differences in the material and thickness of the PVB interlayer. Raw glass sheet thickness problem, etc. Insufficient thickness:
- Low-priced products often reduce the number of PVB/SGP layers (such as using only 0.76mm for the standard 1.52mm).
- If the thickness of the adhesive layer of large-sized glass (＞2.4m) is not increased according to the specification (such as +0.38mm), the risk of wind pressure deformation will increase significantly.
- The thickness is falsely marked (such as the nominal 10mm is measured to be 9.2mm), and the wind pressure resistance level is reduced from level 12 to level 8, etc.
2) Supplier Investing funds?
***The same quality glass, if you buy it from the Listed company and the small scale factory(below 50 peoples), then the price will be difference. No matter the labor cost, rent factory cost, machine cost, different location effect the cost, etc.
